Fact #1. It is a key source of health coverage for 15 MIL #PWDs, (covering 35% of our community). Only 33% of #PWDs have health insurance through work (employment rates are lower overall). Medicaid fills a critical gap.

A recent House budget proposal aims to cut $880 billion in costs through 2034 which will most likely come from #Medicaid. This will directly affect 15 million #PWDs who rely on Medicaid as their primary source of coverage.

It won't surprise me at all if #pwds are left out AGAIN. It's tiring being #disabled as it is but having a government that doesn't care to help, makes things worse
I feel the same way. Tired of seeing #PWDs constantly being left behind to struggle, starve and suffer more and more with deteriorating health. DISABLED ppl are voters and we pay taxes too. We deserve to be included.
