Slide from COAR webinar on managing bot access to repositories. Slides defines 'Welcomeness' - whether the bot is welcome and unwelcome to access a repository. This is a matter of policy and decided by organisations in advance. 'Behaviour' - Whether the bot demonstrates good or bad behaviour. This is determined according to rules and patterns and is determined in real time.
Currently attending a @coar_repositories webinar which summarises recent work to better manage abusive #bot behaviour on #repositories (mostly #AI + #LLM based #bots).
