Graf married trans woman Hannah Winterbourne in 2018. Using his previously frozen eggs, the pair have 2 children via surrogacy. Their experience as #TransParents was shown in the 2020 Ch4 doc 'Our Baby: A Modern Miracle'. Their memoir 'Becoming Us' released in 2023.
