Yesterday's #Yorkshire moorland #sunset. My 1st walk on the moor since getting the results of my x-ray - no heel fracture but I do have thickening/calcifying achilles tendon and plantar fascia, which explains why weight bearing on that foot is so painful. Seeing the physio again next week.
