A quickie reference art of Nalo Virides. He is a gecko-like lizard man with dark tan skin, spikey black hair, water-blue scales, with a massive, flattened tail. He wears a bandanna with a Peacock Day gecko pattern on it that drags his hair back, a feather accessory on the left side of his head, a black wetsuit, a pearl necklace with a silver gecko, a dark-sea green t-shirt-vest patterned with seaweed at the sleeves, and lime green shorts. His ref shows he's having fun surfing on his tail. And a doodle to the left shows how big his tail is, and also shows the 3 fins made of water in the middle of it serving as his surfboard fins.
Art motivation has been slow as of late. But I WAS INSPIRED by music and pokemon.
Here's Nalo Virides, a lizard adopted by a family of merfolk. He has a love of surfing, using his own tail as a surfboard!
