In my mind, if what we know about immune malfunction was enough to grant a pilot for those diseases, #ME is at least at the same level regarding the proven central role of the immune system...
Scientifically I don't see any justification comparatively for not having already several small pilots.

I would love to know the decision-making process that leads to approve a single car-t procedure for 3 ultra rare autoimmune diseases but it's 2026 and no hospital, lab or clinic in the WORLD has approved a single experimental test for someone with severe #ME.
Only a pilot, 2-5 #pwME... just with one of those broad cd19 targets we are already using experimentally everywhere else... even alzheimer or parkinson... just to see what happens as well with #ME.
Why everything has to be so damn discriminating with this illness...
