The AP has called the #NC01 Republican primary for 2024 nominee Laurie Buckhout. She'll face Rep. Don Davis (D) again in a district that is now several points redder following redistricting.
To shore up #NC01 the margin in #NC03 was tightened. North Carolina Democrats now have their nominee: former State Rep. Raymond Smith Jr.
He will face Republican incumbent Greg Murphy
If you remember, Berger pretty much gerrymandered out Don Davis in #NC01 in exchange for the Trump endorsement in this race.
