I saw Steely Dan at 02. It was ok, but a bad venue for a band that would ideally be heard in a jazz club.

Tom Scott (who played sax and did musical arrangements for SD) I saw at Ronnie Scott’s. And his wonderful west coast sound was a taste of how SD might have been in the right venue.
