X-ray tech looks at my back x-ray today and says, “Oh, I can see bone grinding on bone. That can’t feel good. That must hurt.”

Back from the doctor. Lumbar block did its job of reducing back pain. It didn't end it but it did lessen it. The soreness right now is from the needles shoved into my back.
I'll go back in next month for a follow up and then we discuss steroid injections on the regular
