Along with oysters and crabs, #barbecue is one of the cuisines for which #Delmarva is famous. Bark's barbecue smokes their meat on an office parking lot on #KentIsland, and they forego heavy sauces and spices which makes Bark memorable and unique.

It is hard to find good, authentic #Greekcuisine here on the #Delmarva. So, I was very happy when I stumbled upon Olive Branch in #StMichaels, #Maryland. The food is excellent and this Easter display just caught my fancy. Love the chicks in eggs.

This time of year, #Delmarva woodlands look a great deal like Fangorn Forest. On a blustery spring day I took a hike in #TerrapinNarurePark on #KentIsland, #Maryland. You get great views of #Chesapeake Bay and the Bay Bridge from this park.

What I like most about Rosita's is the long list of dishes that are totally foreign to me. What is the point of going to a restaurant that serves a foreign cuisine, if you only order the ordinary and familiar?
While living in Southern California I developed a true love for #Mexicancuisine, culture, interior design, and music. So it is an occasion for celebration when I find an authentic Mexican restaurant like Rosita's Taqueria in #PrincessAnne, #Maryland.

Ripienos #Salisbury has finally opened, and it was well worth the wait. Their wood-fired #pizza is authentically Italian. Life just does not get any better than sitting by a lake, with a hot pizza, a cold Peroni, and Frank Sinatra crooning in the background.
