熱々のスープは鶏と豚の動物系ベースに煮干しや乾物の魚介系出汁がよく効いてすっきりした味。
やや硬めで歯ごたえの良い細ストレート麺。
注文を受けてから店主が手早く包むワンタンはてるてる坊主型で生姜風味の肉餡がたっぷり。香ばしい炙りチャーシューも美味しい。味玉はほどよく半熟でしっとり。
ボリュームもあって満足度が高いラーメン。
