(NYSE: ANF) reported record net sales of $1.67 billion in the fourth quarter (+5%) and $5.27 billion for the full year (+6%). Full year operating margin was 13.3% with GAAP net income per diluted share of $10.46. Hollister delivered 15% full year growth while Abercrombie declined 1%. The company repurchased $450 million of shares (5.4 million, ~11% of shares outstanding) and provided fiscal 2026 guidance: net sales growth 3–5%, operating margin 12.0–12.5%, and EPS $10.20–$11.00.
