This takes place after the events of Octo Expansion and the beginning of Midori (Agent 4 and Yoko(Agent 8) rooming together. Before the whole comic strip happens Yoko was worried about the changing situation In the first panel, Midori is seen wearing a sports bra, staring at Yoko confused. It does look like he was annoyed with her but no, he just looks like that 😭. In the second panel, Yoko is processing what she's seeing, and in the third panel she looks relieved, almost misgendering Midori. This is due to her ignorance about intersex people The final panel, Midori asserts that he's a boy, looking annoyed. Yoko response with an "...oh", mostly because she felt guilty for her ignorant stance
This takes place after the events of Octo Expansion and this is when the two start dating. Via blind date. In the first panel, Midori is obviously flustered, glancing at the ground while holding Yoko's hand off screen. In the second panel he takes one glance at her to see what she's feeling. (Making sure she doesn't feel uncomfortable or awkward.) Third panel is a more detailed (totally...Yeah...) doodle of Yoko smiling at Midori. She's obviously flustered as well, but she's more overjoyed that she went on a date, let alone having a boyfriend. This is Midori's point of view, and this is when he starts to have a crush on her. The final panel shows Midori all flustered once more. Looking away while Yoko is still smiling at him.

Dakota coming to the realization that Yoko is way too pretty
When a girl who's older than Dakota is pretty, she has an envious crush on them. If they are younger, (1-2 years age gap), she has this urge to protect them. Which is a problem. Especially for Yoko
