Tomato, onion, garlic (wrap in tin foil, healthy dash of olive oil and salt to confit), red pepper, celery (would not recommended celery as can leave stringy texture after cooked), heapings of olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder
After cooking in the oven, blend it till smoooooooth baby
Serve with a grill cheese. If I remember correctly I think I used gruyere, cheddar and something else. Preferably want nuttier (hold on now) tasting cheeses, tastes better with the soup and some salty crisps
