【ジャズ】 老舗ジャズクラブ「BODY & SOUL」が9月末日で閉店する。南青山にお店があった頃は足繁く通った。エリック・ハーランド、ケンドリック・スコット、マイク・モレノ……数々のすばらしいミュージシャンの演奏を目の前で聴けたことは、自分の音楽体験の中でも最も豊かな時間だった。オーナーの京子ママ(関京子さん)には感謝の念しかない。写真はぼくの大好きなデビット・バークマン、ジーン・ジャクソン、井上陽介によるトリオ。
