Update: Work on the bathroom is starting!

Took everything we needed to out and have lots of things to fix, replace and finish over the coming weeks.
Thankfully the damage wasn't as bad as I originally thought it would be, but there's still a lot of work to be done! #diy #mold #cowboybuilders

It’s actually quite funny, because I’m quoting verbatim several weeks of BS and seeing it in print made me howl.

Maybe what would be super snarky (and super tempting) would be announce I want them to deduct a fee for me having to project manage it myself 😸
