A flying pig caused a major blackout in China. On January 26, 2024 in Tongjiang county, Sichuan province, a farmer used his drone to transport his pig to a slaughterhouse. However, it got tangled in overhead power lines, causing a ten-hour-long electrical blackout to the entire village. Apparently, transporting livestock by drone is a common practice in rural areas.
