Le règlement européen #EMFA prévoit de soumettre les opérations de concentration dans les médias à une évaluation indépendante, afin de prévenir toute conséquence néfaste pour le pluralisme et l'indépendance éditoriale. En vigueur depuis août 2025, il n’est pourtant pas appliqué en France !
