Thursday is #PinkShirtDay, supporting anti-bullying efforts. It’s a worthy cause and it has my full support. Still, being an #ElderGeek, I will always think of my Team OS/2 days when I think of pink t-shirts.
Went2 get a haircut 2day. The barber shop has a lot of 60's & 70's memorabilia displayed, a fair amount is sci-fi, including early sci-fi.
Hair stylist asked when I had first seen Star Trek, & what got me in2 sci-fi. A big part of my answer? "I like2 call myself an #ElderGeek."
