Yum! My wife and I do this once a week or so. A pinch salt (pinch), bigger pinch of fresh ground black pepper and sometimes some other spices. These are so easy and just YUM! 😋 No frying, no oil, no flour or bread crumbs, no mess. Just goodness. #Food #GreatFood #foodie #FoodSky

I’ve avoided anchovies all my life but the waitress raved so hard about The Godmother pizza (tomato, Calabrian chili, pecorino romano, alessia anchovy, stracciatella & olive oil) that I had to give it a whirl. Colour me surprised…I liked it a lot!
