Sweden acted decisively on false flagged vessels lately. Here may come another chance. DE & DK?

This should be prohibited under EU sanctions and both, Sikinos (app. breaking EU sanctions) and Grif (flying a false flag) should have be detained.
Why did that not happen? What did I miss?
