Mede @hardlopers.bsky.social vandaag stond er een test protocol op het programma. Deze bestond uit inlopen (1) het test protocol van #TwoZeroNine bestaat uit 5 series van 6 minuten en 1 minuut wandel. Elke serie moest steeds sneller (2) en als laatste uitlopen (3).
