「多段エージェントが壊れる」原因は設計の敗北です。

LangGraphで3段以上繋ぐと状態肥大化とエラー伝播で詰む。解決策は3つ：

1. 各段にHuman-in-the-Loop停止ポイントを配置
2. ステートを巨大化させず原則単一管理
3. 例外で落とさずエラー情報もステートに載せる

結局、複雑さの管理がエンジニアの腕の見せ所ですね。

「多段エージェントが壊れる」なら、それは設計の敗北です。

LangGraphでエージェントを3段以上つなぐと、ハルシネーションの伝播とState肥大化で運用不能になる。

結論は「壊れるなら1箇所で壊せ」。
Stateにエラー情報を含めて集約し、各段にHITL（人間介入）ポイントを設けるのが本番運用の鉄則。

LangGraphでのエージェント開発、PoCから本番運用に落とし込むには「状態（State）の管理」が肝。

特に多段エージェントの場合、ハルシネーションの伝播を防ぐため「壊れるなら1箇所で壊す」設計が重要です。例外で処理せずStateにエラー情報を集約する、HITL（人間による承認）を挟むなど、堅牢なパイプライン構築が成功の鍵。
