We've been experimenting with some of the windfall apples we have collected. From what many would have thrown away we managed to produce a jug and a half of apple juice. It was shared with some of our volunteers who gave us a big thumbs up. We plan to make more in the future. #LessWaste

They sprouted! The celery has little roots too. No luck with the garlic but I think it may have been heat treated so I’ll try again with an organic bulb. One less thing to buy and the rebellion grows.
