Lucas City Council approves Aztec Trail repairs, hydrant maintenance contract and park infield work, selects engineer for Trinity Park waterline grant The Lucas City Council on March 19 authorized contracts and interlocal changes to repair Aztec Trail, approved a five-year hydrant and valve maintenance cooperative contract, funded infield repairs at Kenneth R. Lewis Park, and adopted a resolution selecting SPI Engineering to support a TDA TXCDBG waterline grant for Trinity Park.
