For some context; Megatron goes into psychosis and starts hallucinating about all of the horrors that happened to him and the horrible things he’s done to others. This is right before the end of the war. It was during the second last battle between the Autobots and Decepticons . The Autobots had a secret weapon, her name is Rosanna. One of blasters cassettes. She can heal people with the sonic frequency’s of her voice. She typically is used to sedate or destress harmed Autobots. But there’s another side to her voice, depending on the song she sings, she can create stress and horrific hallucinations to whoever she chooses. Optimus didn’t exactly want to use her voice to torture Megatron, but that’s what happened anyway
