I imagine that Anduin is the one to calm her down since he is the love her life and vice versa, so if Alyssina is still in her Arcane Lioness form after a battle, she needs Anduin.

At 100 feet, she can hold the Arcane Lioness form for 7 minutes.
At 200 feet, 5 minutes.
At 300 feet, 3 minutes.
With that in mind, this is where my headcanon comes in.

So far into the story of WoW, her range has gone up by 200 feet so she can now reach up to 300 feet in height. But, with each height, there's a time limit to how long she can hold the form.
