#OilSpills are a real risk. That’s why I said that the original article made some valid points.
A mitigating factor however is that #Ukraine so far only has attacked empty #tankers. IMHO most risk comes from a shipping accident with a fully loaded tanker, not unlikely given their state of disrepair.
