There's some bands that are unofficial one hit wonders to me. All I knew of #Blur was "Song 2". So to hear their other stuff like #There'sNoOtherWay is kind of like seeing a diffenrt side to them. This ones no where near as hardcore sounding as "song 2" but its rather easy listening.

#TheDistance by #CAKE is such an motivational song. When ever I hear it I feel like running of f'n stuff up. I'm not sure what about it makes it so hype. The lyrics are for the most part just spoken, which make me feel like I'm locking in to the task at hand.

I think the first time I really got into #Greenday was in like 2006, way after I a lot of their most iconic stuff came out. With songs like #Longview maybe my high school years would have been cooler.

#TwoPrinces by the #SpinDoctors have THE 90's sound that's like a lot of rock and a bit of a ska sound. I feel like alot of songs back then where so catchy sounding that we didn't really need to know the lyrics. To me it was always just sounds, pleasant ones though.

#Mr.Jones by #CountingCrows lyrics read like the notions of a happy optimistic stoner. Its a great happy head bobbing song though. I miss when music videos helped to sell the song. When I hear this song I see Adam Duritz dreadlock bobbing up and down in my mind.
