Votes at a glance: San Marcos council passes annexation, budget adjustments, event funding and water authority resolution At its Oct. 21 meeting the San Marcos City Council approved multiple routine and substantive items including annexation of roadway segments, a budget amendment for the resource recovery fund, hotel-event funding for "Sights and Sounds," and authorization for Alliance Regional Water Authority bonds. Most measures passed unanimously.

The San Marcos City Council made significant strides at their recent meeting, approving major funding for community events and crucial annexations all with a unanimous 7-0 vote.
