I was a baby this morning. Despite all the beautiful spring flowers the cold weather had me on an indoor treadmill run. #springflowers #running #nature. Just and FYI the Callery Pear trees are considered a severe invasive menace and a source of a foul odor. Even if they are pretty.
Seems a while since I’ve been able to run an intervals workout without feeling out of breath from the off. Today’s session, 6x800m at race pace with 480m floats last two were a struggle but dug deep to get the reps done #running #halfmarathontraining #coros #adidasrunning #runsky #runchat
