A little model rock next to a 28mm model for scale.

A meter of 1mm EVA foam (lots of PVA glue) and a bit of sand make for a decent rock for the tabletop. Was a fun little #terrain #ScratchBuild project from things I had around the study, even managed to sneak in some sedimentary structure!
(What do you think was the depositional environment?)

I made a 1/35 radar for our dystopian desert diorama that actually spins!
A green beetle robot, over a foot long, that fades to a deep magenta on the underside. It has 6 legs and long metallic arms with claws on the end.

I uploaded this on Instagram for Bill Making Stuff's #bigbotbash3 and felt it got very little attention, so thought I would share my 6 week long #scratchbuild with Bluesky too. I took the "big" part of #bigbotbash very literally and this model came in at over a foot long.
