I struggled to understand how a beach and basalt just go away in a matter of days. Then I looked at my photos and saw the power of the weather. Each of the photos were taken minutes apart and show drastic changes. The sublime power of nature should keep us humble and should remind us that we should be contributing to the imbalance that makes nature even more dangerous and unpredictable. #WaianapanapaStatePark is an amazing place to visit, with a #blacksandbeach, blowholes, sea caves, sea arches and miles of hiking trails. It is many peoples final stop on the #RoadtoHana. We stayed two nights in Hana, so we were able to see much more than most.
