Hmmm. I wanna make some text scroll so the whole string can be seen in a box smaller than it.
Made a surface and drew text to it with a sin offset
But it doesn't scroll the whole way, and the scroll speed is inconsistent between string widths.
Changing either modifier to sin effects both!

Improved the layout for the Keyboard control scheme & added descriptions. While the Gamepad scheme inherits this for now, I want to arrange it differently. Dynamic layout takes time, but future flexibility is worth it.
