TO WADE IN SURREAL WATERS We can turn "once in a lifetime" into every passing second. There is a pang within the heart's lyric that slithers in flame and shuns the water. The words can become paragraphs can become epics if we take the time to let them wade in a creek that flows sideways. Recovery may feel an illicit dream but the sirens will fade as enchantment perseveres one breath at a time.
