Latest #hotsauce from my Musical Theatre Series. After watching #LionKing in #Toronto we did our usual walk through #Chinatown & #KensingtonMarket for some #hotpeppers and other ingredients. 2 month #ferment under vacuum. Earthy, mid level heat, delicious. Found out #lotusroot is a trick ingredient!

蓮根ドクロちゃんを作りました💀 蓮根の穴って複雑な造りなんだね！目の穴の下に小さな鼻の穴ふたつがある箇所を探すの難しかった。
小さな穴ひとつで口ってことにしたやつも。ムンクの叫びちゃん😱です。
片栗粉つけて焼いたら崩れ、よりホラーになりました笑
味付けは醤油・砂糖・酢。うまいです( ‘ч’ )ŧ‹”ŧ‹”
