Albatros D.III - a German WWI fighter - still on the workbench.
I added the seat and interior of the cockpit. Not included in the kit.
The original Albatros was made with a frame covered by plywood. I stained and varnished the balsa covering to make it look more like the plywood.
I had a bit of help from an old book.
I had a lot of fun putting together this Albatros kit (German WWI fighter).
