Tor Project 的系統管理員團隊 TPA 最近把做決策的方式，從過去的 RFC（Request For Comments）改為 ADR（Architecture Decision Record）。不僅是通知變更何時上線，也把提案的背景與取捨交代清楚。TPA 也把「做決策與記錄決策」和「對外溝通決策」拆開。ADR 專注記錄決策。外部說明用五何法重新整理。🙂
