たまに食べたくなるシンプルな味と一口に言っても、人の数だけピンキリありますが、個人的には釜玉うどんのようなのも、その手の食べ物です。出汁と玉子だけのシンプルな味、昼に濃いの食べた、間にスイーツ食べた…濃さの反動的部分はあれども、その後にいただくものとして、これほどに美味を感じさせるものはありません…

I had tempura seiro udon!
The tempura included tiger prawns, threadfin bream, pumpkin, lotus root, okra, and mochi.
The mochi tempura was so good.
I also tried walnut dipping sauce for the first time—it was creamy and delicious.
