Extra culling of SDF bricks based on if they contain an isosurface or not. Used atomic min & max during volume render to determine. Example with a sphere between two clipmap levels. The solid sphere also looks hollow due to this culling - which allows for coarser steps. #gamedev #vulkan

I can now select animation keys!😱 Joint animation calculations are really expensive. The animation computation now runs on separate threads, so everything stays smooth ~ no camera stuttering on game update🚀💃 I’m still getting 700+ FPS on my cheap GPU.😊

now to let (probably force) the opaque foreground pass occlude the emissive pass.. even though it seems interesting to allow glows to ignore occlusion.
