One of the lifeguard installations for the 12th International "Winter Stations" at Woodbine Park on Lake Ontario in Toronto. "Crest" - University of Waterloo School of Architecture and the Department of Architectural Engineering (Canada) A waffled plywood cantilever wave on the beach at the lake shore next to a pink lifeguard stand. There's a swirl of snow and ice melting in front of it in a way that from this angle makes the sculpture look like it's throwing up.
