I think he'd make for a very inconsiderate giant and mess with people on purpose bc that's just What He Does. Also picking up people without permission simply bc it's easier for him to talk to communicate like that. He's gonna have to learn some manners if he wants to still get help.

AU where Wanda tried stopping Pietro's powers, but she changed his speed power turn into size shifting instead on accident.
Magneto doesn't help so they go to the X-Men & Pietro ends up staying in the jet hangar till they can figure things out more with controlling this new ability.
