Still to work out how to obtain monthly income like HL present.
Entered #CREI with 20k in my SIPP as build up RE allocation. Liked recent interview, sectors, risk levels, LTV ~27%, medium term debt ok. If my SIPP gonna pay IHT, it's going to get a higher income (at 20%) taken from it 😀
