Tips on how to manage crisis fatigue. 

Recognize: 
emotionally and physically drained.
Difficulty concentrating or making decisions.
Increased anxiety,stress, or irritability.
Feeling hopeless and detached from current events.

How to cope: 
limit media exposure, stay informed but not have it consume your whole day take breaks.
Ground yourself. Take deep breaths and engage your senses. 
Prioritize self care. Rest and engage in what brings you joy.
Stay connected. Talk with friends and family to help process.
Focus on what you can control. Even small actions help give you a sense of agency.
Set boundaries. It’s ok to step away from what is draining.
