that Saturday the dump "manager" came to my house, and told me they were going to be a good neighbour, and sell their share of the dump, that was bringing the auto fluff in.. I told them I didn't care what they did, I have to move away from the stench.. they continued to bring it in the next week, (it never stopped,,,..) I kept taking pictures and sending them to environment.. prompting an nov 10th email. to the dump manager, with an email warning...
