昨日は新一年理事決定会、昨年は凄い時間オーバーしたけど今回はオンタイム終了、対策など昨年と同じぐらいだったけど昨年大問題だった二人と理解度低めな二人の4人が居なかった事、負荷は高いがチームを半分に減らし明確にリーダーできる人を添えた事、一番やり取りできる私がフリーで動き回るようにした事が良かった。やっぱり人選って大事
それにしても読解力不足を痛切に感じる、、、これ社会問題じゃね？
