Woke up in so much pain. Lower back radiating into my thighs, out into my hips. Took allowed pain meds - Excedrin, Arthritis Tylenol, and Benadryl. Breathing hurts. Can barely move. Chores made it worse.

Been wondering why the #fibro has been tough this week and then remembered today that I decided to titrate off almost all the meds last week because then obviously the #fibromyalgia will cure itself.

High winds today. Barometric pressure change has flared the #CMT1A and #Fibro pain. Spending it in bed, dozing, playing Fallout 4, or watching videos depending on focus ability. The fall yesterday didn't help.
