I am surprised how well this worked…I air fried Halloumi with a handful of fresh blueberries. That’s it. If you’re eating carnivore, the Halloumi alone is crispy and delicious, too!

Baked #Kale Rice with #Halloumi (more-less a baked risotto). Savory, heavy on the thyme and minced lemon peel. Recipe did not call for the broiler, but I wanted to brown the cheese. Finished with fresh lemon juice and crispy Kale. Takes patience!
