3. The Trumpeter is between £90 and £130, the das Werk is £64. I know there is a size difference but detail isn't as good. Maybe a reboot to include engine etc would be good. You can see the comparison in these images #histscalemodels #scalemodels
2. No engine, the engine covers could be open but its a void. There is no independent suspension, its fixed, so no movement. The rear track wheels can turn, the front ones if not glued work loose. The Das Werk kit has far more options like engine etc. Cont #histscalemodels #scalemodels

I didn’t bother to address seams and she has the texture of rough sandpaper but honestly I am still damn proud of her. The Arcadia is the Ship of Space Pirate Captain Harlock which is one of my favorite anime series
I build her in 2021. I wished for an airbrush for Christmas just to build her. I got the Amazon airbrush + compressor set… you know the one 😅
I remember the golden decorations where actually decals but I did not manage to get them to work over the raised details 😅 I knew nothing about decal solutions… I end up painting them gold instead
I still remember how fascinated I was by the tiny guns! Sadly no one really shared my fascination back then. So there are only some quick pictures of her on twitter and that was the end of my first dip into scale modeling ;P
You know, when I said the f-2A was my first model it was a bit of a lie. I actually build one years before that but instantly quit thx to my first airbrush experience.
I never took proper pictures of her, she does not deserve that…
